ORIGINAL POST 31/12/2017:

Kirklees Campaign Against Climate Change will be hosting screening of the acclaimed ‘Chasing Coral’ next month to mark the anniversary of President Trump’s inauguration.

Coral reefs around the world are vanishing at an unprecedented rate. A team of divers, photographers and scientists set out on a thrilling ocean adventure to discover why, to reveal the underwater mystery to the world and to connect the story to action. (Watch the trailer.)

The free screening will take place in the Wesley Suite of Huddersfield Mission (HD1 1QA) on Friday 19th January 2018.

Doors will open at 6.30 p.m. with the screening from 7.00 p.m. The seating capacity for the Wesley Suite is strictly 40 so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Please also note: the film will be streamed on the venue’s Wi-Fi. We’ve trialled this at the venue without problems but please consider the risk of technical glitches when deciding whether to attend.
