So here’s the big question: what if global warming isn’t only a crisis? What if it’s the best chance we’re ever going to get to build a better world?

One week today there will be just one thousand hours until the beginning of the UN Paris Climate talks.

From next Monday until the end of the climate talks on 11th December there will be a range of events in your local area to learn, connect and take action on the climate crisis, a crisis so well explored in the recently-released film of ‘This Changes Everything’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpuSt_ST4_U

A number of different groups have organised talks, vigils, trips to theatre performances, workshops, protests and opportunities to engage fellow citizens. Furthermore, people from your area will be travelling to protests in London and Paris on the weekend of 28-29 November and 12 December.

Why not get involved?   With other groups we have created a poster of these events (1000 hours to Paris).

Hopefully, you’ll be seeing one in your library, community noticeboard or shop soon. If you don’t, why not print this off and do this for us?    We hope to see you at these events.
